Soft Smoke and Persimmon

10.5 x 14.5  watercolor   SOLD

The energy emitted from this lovely Spanish dancer and her flouncy skirts makes for a passionate painting.
I love the smokey indigo and indian red together.  The painting is earthy and uscious.

"Latin Blast"

10.5" x 5.75"   watercolor  SOLD

Bright skies, giant colorful hibiscus growing under the warm fragrant days.  Frijoles, peppers and beef in hand flattened tortillas on the grill, laughter, and dancing girls, and red radish mounds in delightful even piles.  All of these remind me of a people who know how to enjoy the simple love of life.

"Beach Dance"

16" x 20" oil  $199.00

They are the best of friends who love to play together and romp in the the moist sand.  The day is bluet and the low water tides are cool, but the sunshine is warm.  Their joy will fill the memory books for many years to come, and you can almost hear them singing the seashell song.  Water is a universal sign of life, isn't it?
