"A PinkTulip and a Royal Purple Iris"

8" x 10" watercolor on Kilamanjaro paper   $100.00

This was painted from a Mother's Day bouquet given to me by my daughter, Kristi.  Every stem was fresh and fragrant and beautiful. I adore the way tulips keep on growing and finding their own space.

"Seattle Dance Hall"

16" x 20"  watercolor   $325.00

While attending a play in Haines, Alaska, these colorful ladies were still just long enough to snap a photo.  I enjoyed painting all the colorful and plaid fabric, and of course the facial expressions.   It is photgraphed under glass, so there is a bit of light reflection on the photo, but not on the original painting.

Behind the Broadmoor Hotel is a chain link fence with red virginia creeper vine sprouting black berries climbing over and around every link. It is a special treat for the magpies to pluck up and carry away as their own special treasure.

When you visit the Rocky Mountains of Colorado, you will be amazed at the variety of of colors, light, shapes and animals.  When the freshness of a sparkling, cascading stream fills your warm hands with cool liquid and you see the bubbling in the shadows  around the boulders, you can't help but consider how different it is from everyday living.  This is a magical, spiritual, natural, pristene habitat.  Can you find the bear?
