A beautiful handmade drawer made by one of my sons was the perfect set up for these seashells I carefully collected in California, and a small sugar spoon from England.  The natural grains in the wood and the creases and bumps so evenly designed on the shells and starfish are pure wonderment.  And did I even mention the iridescent colors?

Staying in Walter's home on the golf course in Rancho Santa Marguerita, CA, was like being in an Italian villa home.  His accoutrements were soothing and comfortable and elegantly tasteful.  I felt like the queen mother!  This was a photo of his buffet with Italian tapestry on the wall.
